At Jay Anton Properties, we acknowledge that homeowners and landlords require a thorough, professional, property management service at economical cost. But most importantly, a service which provides you with peace of mind and financial stability in the future.

We are always delighted to meet with residents and landlords to discuss their requirements and to put forward property management proposals for consideration, entirely without obligation.

That is why also offer a range of management and digital services so that you can always access your documents and agreements. Additionally, we can provide full colour, professional photography, and a video tour of the properties are features as standard. Essentially, at Jay Anton Properties, we can offer clients the whole package, ensuring their entire property journey is seamless.

Rent collection

Monthly rental collection and deduction of any maintenance costs and management fees. If the tenant is late with their rent or does not pay, we will chase them.

Property inspections

We will carry out property inspections every six months and will notify you of any issues.

Handling issues

We will be the point of contact for the tenant and will take care of any maintenance issues up to a cost of £150 (plus VAT), without further authorisation. Should the amount be more, we will contact you for permission. We have a register of verified and insured contractors and received preferential rates ensuring the best quality of work and price.

During our years of experience, we have developed connections and built long-lasting relationships with many contractors. So much so, we have worked with some of our tradesmen for over a decade.

All contractors Jay Anton Properties associate themselves with are tried, vetted and tested to ensure they provide a professional, high-quality service. Whether it be an NICEIC certified electrician or gas safety engineer, we only provide our clients with the best contractors, for the best service and care.

Therefore, regardless of the properties requirement, we can make sure it gets done, to the highest of standards.
